Rules and Policies for All Programs
- Reservations are required for all programs.
- In order to secure your reservation you must pay in advance for the entire month.
- If you are not able to attend any clinic, you must notify us in advance, so we can set-up your makeup dates.
- To be eligible for a makeup, we must be notified one day before the clinic.
- Your monthly tuition cannot be pro-rated.
- Payments must be made in advance by the 1st day of each month.
- Match Point payments are on a monthly basis only.
- Credit cannot be carried over to another month. However, make-ups can.
New Student Fees
- All new* students & re-enrolling** students are to pay a one-time initiation fee of $50 at the time of sign-up.
- *New students are defined as someone who has never been enrolled in any Match Point Program
- **Re-enrolling students are defined as someone who has not been enrolled in any Match Point Program for three months or more
