Born April 15, 1984 in Anaheim, CA.

In the Junior 18s Patrick was up to No. 2
in So Cal and No. 19 in the nation.

At Servite High School his record was 200-4 and he was MPV all four years.

- Patrick received a tennis scholarship to Univ. of Notre Dame
-At Notre Dame he was the Big East Academic All American
  (all 4 years).  During Patrick’s Senior Year at Notre Dame his team
  finished top 15 in the Nation
 -In his senior year Patrick received the Arthur Ashe Award which 
  is a national award for academics, athletics, and community
  service excellence).

At Servite, I was in the top 8% of my class academically taking mostly AP and honors classes throughout my four years.  At Notre Dame I made the Dean’s list my senior year.  I am currently in medical school at the Univ. of St. Georges where I am in the honors society.”
